As a valued client you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you bought it directly from our store or received it via courier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/ unworn with tags & prices still attached – meaning it must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt/ proof of purchase to verify that you have indeed bought it from us.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you and inspect it.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or request to do an EFT for you.
You will receive your money back within a certain number of days depending on your bank or depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Unfortunately, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item(s) to us for a refund.
Although we take every measure to ensure your goods reach you in the perfect, intended condition, accidents do happen and we will evaluate every situation as it arises.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable, even if your return is granted and credited.
